A study was recently completed by West Texas A&M University to compare the concentration of microbial colonies before and after using the Air Oasis UV air cleaner. A number of sets of the petri-plates and coated slides were placed at 1 foot, 2 feet, 4 feet, 6 feet and 12 feet away from the Air Oasis photocatalytic oxidation unit. After 72 hours of treatment of the indoor air with the Air Oasis Air Purifier, there was no microbial colony produced on the petri-plates. What does this test show? When using an Air Oasis air purifier you are well protected from microbials.

WARNING: Most other air purifiers that treat 1000 sq. ft. or more use dangerous levels of ozone. The State of California even created an Air Purifier Ozone Ban List. Air Oasis Is NOT on California's Ozone Air Purifier Ban List: read list. If you have questions please ask us.

The following are a few business applications for Air Oasis Air Purifiers:
There are many "knock off" air purifiers on the market that claim to use PCO (PhotoCatalyticOxidation) technology. If not used properly PCO technology will do little to purify your air. In fact it can cause an increase in harmful contamination.
Researchers have found with many PCO air purifiers that because of incomplete decomposition of the VOC's in the air stream there is a net production of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, formic acid and acetic acid. Of particular concern was that the outlet concentrations of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde were 3.4 and 4.6 times the inlet concentrations, respectively. Both formaldehyde and acetaldehyde are recognized as important indoor toxicants. Formaldehyde is classified as a human carcinogen. Governmental guidelines suggest keeping indoor concentrations of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde at very low levels.
Many brands of air purifiers are beginning to use cheap imitations of PCO technology in their product. Most use cheap titanium dioxide (the basic white pigment in paint) as their catalyst. They then combine this with a cheap foreign UV lamp and call it a PCO air purifier. These air purifiers will not usually provide any University studies to validate their claims.
Air Oasis developed a proprietary patent-pending five metal nano catalyst that is far superior to any cheap imitations on the market. Their UV lamps use a proprietary long life coating to more than double their life over competitor lamps. Preliminary results from West Texas A&M University show huge reductions in formaldehyde and other VOCs. Rapid reductions in odors where also observed. The final results will be posted when all testing is concluded.
Don't risk your family's health and waste your hard earned money on cheap imitations. Buy only the best! Buy an Air Oasis!
Air Oasis' AHPCO™ Cell is what makes these air purifiers so unique, effective, powerful, safe and energy efficient. Unlike HEPA, carbon and other air cleaners, Air Oasis Air Purifiers don't have to drag the room's air into the unit to clean the air. Instead, Air Oasis sends "friendly oxidizers" into the room to remove air pollution at its source and to sanitize surfaces, leaving healthy, fresh smelling air.
Air Oasis makes products fabricated and assembled in the USA that measurably improve the quality of people's lives, at the right price, combined with corporate financial stability and management integrity. That combo spells success in anyone's book.
